'Normal' paragraphs

In order to format the correct spacing for your content, each paragraph needs to be ‘normalised’.

Once you have pasted as plain text, place your cursor anywhere in the first paragraph and then select ‘normal’ from the dropdown menu.

Repeat for each and every paragraph on the page.

You cannot highlight all the text and select 'normal' once – it needs to be repeated for each paragraph in order to format the content correctly.

Paragraph not normalised

If not applied correctly, when you preview the page, there may be a paragraph or two where the text looks smaller and more bunched together than other paragraphs. This means that paragraph needs to be ‘normalised’.
