This degree programme involves a mix of human and physical geography in Year 1. In Years 2 and 3 you specialise in human geography studying topics that include environmental and resource sustainability, social justice and activism, migration, critical geopolitics and gentrification.

If you study this degree you will take no physical geography modules. Remaining credits are made up with additional modules taken outside of the geography teaching programme in subjects such as Sociology, International Relations and Modern Languages. In Years 2 and 3 you can focus on particular areas of geography that fascinate you, such as global migration, environmental challenges and gentrification.

This degree programme involves a mix of physical and human geography in Year 1. In Years 2 and 3 you specialise in physical geography studying landscape processes, biogeography and climate change focussing on some of the most fascinating environments around the world.

As an Environmental Scientist, you will investigate the most pressing global and environmental challenges of our time.
