Zilal Bankole

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Zilal Bankole (2005 - 2024)

Zilal was a bright and dedicated Midwifery student at the University of Leicester. She was fun-loving and known for her positive attitude.

In addition to being a respected member of her cohort of student midwives, Zilal was also admired for her beautiful smile and singing voice observed from the TikTok videos she shared.

Zilal leaves behind a lasting legacy. She will be deeply missed by her fellow students and friends from the Midwifery course and beyond.
