Diana Davey
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Diana Davey, a cherished member of Leicester Services Partnership, who left us on 13 September 2024. Diana was 56 years old.
Diana began her career at the University in 2006 as a Catering Assistant, and she worked as part of Leicester Services Partnership over the past six years. Diana’s job with LSP involved serving food and drinks to customers around campus.
Known for her infectious laughter and warm smile, Diana’s calm and caring nature was loved by her team and by many customers she served throughout her years working.
Diana’s team will always remember her as someone who was a gentle, kind and hardworking member of the team. She was a friend to all who had the pleasure working with her. Her friendliness made her a beloved member of the community.
Diana’s manager Jo Holland said: “Diana will be sorely missed by everyone at LSP, our work family has lost a very special lady and a very special friend. Diana often brought in cakes for everyone to enjoy, adding a personal touch that we all appreciated.”
Diana will be sorely missed by her colleagues, friends and all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her, and her contributions will not be forgotten.
