Sarah Goodman

Hi, my name is Sarah, since graduating from the University of Leicester with an MChem (Hons) I have gone on to work as an Inorganic Analytical Scientist for an international testing company. The laboratory where I work is responsible for environmental testing, concentrating on both waste and potable waters. As part of my role I have been taught many skills including taste and odour recognition in drinking waters, several types of analysis such as gravimetric and colorimetric, as well as working under strict quality guidelines. I have also had the opportunities to progress my career by taking on responsibilities such as becoming a representative on the health and safety committee and undergoing training towards a senior scientist position.
