Entrepreneurs in Residence

The University of Leicester has an Entrepreneur in Residence Network to encourage and inspire a wide range of enterprise and entrepreneurship education activities aimed at raising student aspirations and supporting them to fulfil their potential.  Working closely with business leaders and local entrepreneurs provides the University of Leicester with a creative and innovative network of partners who can advise, guide and support on the way in which the University delivers interventions.

Our Entrepreneur in Residence Network contribute to a range of enterprise related activities from talks and workshops, to competitions, hackathons and offering business advice.

University of Leicester staff can view the range of activities supported by our Entrepreneurs in Residence and request support via our staff intranet (log in required).

If you are a University of Leicester student, alumni, or current staff member, you can book an appointment with one of our Entrepreneurs in Residence to discuss your business ideas and plans with an experience entrepreneur.

Students and alumni

Before booking an appointment, you will need to attend a career coaching appointment with a member of the Careers Team to discuss your business idea.  You can book a career coaching appointment via MyCareers (please ensure your MyCareers account is set up to access).
