Biophysical Instrumentation and Anaerobic Facilities

The Department of Molecular and Cell Biology has excellent facilities for the characterisation of macromolecules and their biomolecular interactions.

We house an extensive array of precision instruments, top-of-the-range crystallisation robots in addition to having excellent anaerobic facilities.

The instruments and anaerobic facilities are located in the Henry Wellcome Building (Levels 1 and 2) and advice and training can be offered to anyone considering potential applications of the equipment. For initial enquiries, contact Dr Jaswir Basran (wir@le.ac.uk or 229 7051).
