Lucy Hargreaves

Lucy's career spans the corporate (BP, ExxonMobil), higher education (Coventry University, University of Cambridge) and consulting (Deloitte) sectors.  With a background in international trading and supply, Lucy moved into senior leadership roles focused on strategy and organisational capability and business/digital transformation. 

Following a career break to raise a family Lucy moved into the Higher Education sector working first as Director of Business Resilience and Transformation at Coventry University before moving to the University of Cambridge. In both roles Lucy has been heavily involved in the delivery and oversight of large-scale, complex strategic transformation activities as well as establishing functions focusing on enterprise risk-management, organisational development and data. 

Lucy is currently a Director in Technology & Transformation at Deloitte working with the Higher Education sector.
