College Court scoop ‘Best Catering Service’ at Academic Venue Awards!

On Tuesday 27 November the Academic Venue Awards celebrated the best of the best by bringing the UK’s top Academic Venues together with event buyers to network, share best practice, highlight progress and celebrate successes.

College Court, the University of Leicester’s dedicated Conference Centre and Hotel were delighted to have won ‘Best Catering Service’ at the AVA’s. Our catering partner; Wilson Vale truly go above and beyond and have a deep passion for our business. Our award winning chefs create inspirational dishes, whilst keeping focus on presentation ensuring we stand apart from our competitors. They consistently exceed both College Courts and the client’s expectations with their outstanding event catering.

This latest recognition follows the ‘Best Team’ award presented at the MIAList Awards earlier in November. College Court and Leicester Conferences are also up for a further 6 awards at the Leicestershire Tourism Awards on Thursday 29 November at Athena, Leicester. We hope to end on what has truly been an award-winning month, and an accolade to the outstanding quality and service that our portfolio has to offer.

College Court forms part of the Leicester Conferences portfolio, boasting 16 meeting rooms, accommodating between 2 and 160 delegates. With the addition of 123 stylish and contemporary bedrooms, offering facilities to accommodate residential and day events, as well as private functions.
