If you would like to register as a potential donor you can fill in the 'request an information pack' form below.

You can also email us, or leave your details on our telephone/voicemail by calling +44 (0)116 252 3082.

The pack contains Consent Forms which need to be returned to the Body Donation Programme Manager so that you can be fully registered. Unless the Consent Forms are returned and acknowledged by Leicester Medical School, you cannot be registered for anatomical examination.
