Adopt a student, give them an insight in your business and help them develop the skills you need.

Lack of awareness of the industry and business in general is often cited as an obstacle to employing graduates. If you want to help students improve their skills, inform their choices and give them an insight into your own business's needs, participate in our mentoring programme.

We will put you in touch with interested and capable students early in their degree, organise a networking event to start you off and let you choose the most suitable form of interaction for yourself, including:

• Occasional emails
• Visits
• Work experience over the summer
• A sandwich placement
• Final year projects.
