16 and 23 February 2025: Crocus Sundays, 10.00am-4.00pm

• Admire the crocus displays and early spring flowering plants at the Botanic Garden
• Voluntary donations collected at the gate for charity.
• Light refreshments available at Beaumont Hall.

26 April 2025: Dawn chorus walk, 6.15am-7.30am

• At the Botanic Garden led by Richard Garnett, Chair of Leicestershire & Rutland Ornithological Society (LROS) and member of the Friends. 
• Limited to 20 places. The walk will be followed by a continental breakfast in Beaumont bar room.  
• Cost £3 payable by cash on the day.

10 May 2025: Bat walk, 8.30 pm     

• At the Botanic Garden led by Ann Gleave, Bat Surveyor for Leicestershire and Rutland Bat Group 
• Limited to 20 places.
• Suggested to bring your own flask
• Cost £3 payable by cash on the day

29 June 2025: Plant Sale and Family Day, 10.00am-4.00pm 

• At the Botanic Garden.
• Plant and craft stalls, local groups, children's activities, refreshments and entertainment

31 August 2025: Botanic Garden Festival, 11.00am-5.00pm
