Poetry writing workshop
The Botanic Garden’s poet in residence during 2023, Tim Relf, will be running a small poetry writing workshop, suitable for poets of all levels, interested in gardening or just keen to spend some time in, and take inspiration from, the beautiful surroundings of the Botanic Garden.
This informal half-day will be an opportunity to:
- meet our poet in residence 2023, Tim Relf
- find out how he writes and where he finds his inspiration
- write your own composition, and
- if you wish to, share your writing with the group.
Whether you're a budding novice or an established writer, come along and join poet, novelist and enthusiastic amateur gardener Tim Relf for this friendly session.
Light refreshments (tea/coffee and biscuits) will be included. Why not bring your own lunch to enjoy in the Garden afterwards?
