Opening times

Once you have completed online registration, the final step is attending your identity check or visa checkpoint at our registration event on campus. All new students need to complete this at the start of term to fully complete registration and receive a student ID card. The purpose of these checks are to confirm a student's identity and nationality and that those with a visa have valid permission to study with us.

For our September 2023 starters, your identity check and visa checkpoints will take place on campus in the Charles Wilson Building Sports Hall and you will need to ensure you have booked an appointment to attend. The link to book an appointment is included in your invitation to register and reminder emails that we are sending out to you. The Charles Wilson Building Sports Hall will be opening during the following times, but don’t forget you will need to ensure you have booked an appointment as you may be turned away if it is busy.

From Friday 6 October 2023, ID and Visa Checkpoints will take place at the Information Hub in the David Wilson Library.
