Opening times

Once you have completed online registration, the final step is attending your identity check or visa checkpoint at our registration event on campus. All new students need to complete this at the start of term to fully complete registration and receive a student ID card. The purpose of these checks are to confirm a student's identity and nationality and that those with a visa have valid permission to study with us.

April 2026

For our April 2026 starters, your identity check and visa checkpoints will take place in the Information Hub (ground floor, David Wilson Library). Students are asked to book an appointment and the bookings link will be included in the invite to register, as well as any reminders.
