Why are you collecting my data?
The demographic information will help us to understand the groups of people that have responded to the survey, and will help us ensure we can target our publicity to the groups that have not responded. The contact details will enable us to tell you about the next stages of the project, if you want to know about this.
What do you do with my information?
If you choose to give us your contact details, we will use them to occasionally send you information about the project.
These details will be separated from the demographic information. The demographics will be analysed and reported on when we publish the results of our project. It will not be possible to identify any individuals from this.
What is the legal basis for processing the data?
Consent.
If you are sharing my data with others, who are you sharing it with?
The information will stay within the project team at Leicester University and will not be shared with anyone else.
How long will you process my data for?
When the project is completed (which will be in about 2 years' time) we will destroy your contact details.
