College Court, the University’s conference centre and hotel, has been awarded the Outstanding Service Award from GoHotels.com and a Fabulous Award in the Hotels.com 2017 Loved by Guest Awards.
These highly prized statuses rewards only the very best properties, highlighting exceptional hotel standards and service.
To be awarded these accolades means that College Court in Leicester achieved a minimum review score of 90% on guest feedback, including cleanliness, guest experience, facilities, food and beverage and customer service. The Awards are given to a select band of hotels in recognition of their excellent record of positive guest reviews.
College Court have been open since October 2013 and have enjoyed 4 years of award-winning excellence, including the Laterooms.com Simply the Guest Award for excellence, a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and Top Rated from Booking.com as well as Business Improvement through Technology with the Chamber of Commerce and Hotel of the Year in 2016 in the Tourism Awards.
