Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is University of Leicester Food and Drink, University of Leicester, University Road, Leicester, LE1 7RH.
2. Eligibility
   The prize draw is open to current University of Leicester students and staff aged 18 or over.
3. How to enter
   To enter the prize draw, participants must:
   • Follow @UoLFood on Instagram between 1 August 2026 and 24 September 2026.
   • Be following the account at the time the winner is selected.
4. Closing date
   Entries must be received by 11:59pm on 24 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
5. The prize
   One winner will receive £50 in UPAY Rewards loyalty points.
6. Winner selection
   One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The winner will be selected and notified by 1 October 2026. The winner must have a UPAY account and actively using it.
7. Contacting the winner
   The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the @UoLFood account. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize.
   If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
8. Prize conditions
   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
   UPAY Rewards loyalty points are subject to the applicable UPAY Rewards terms and conditions.
9. General conditions
   The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
