LiFE MAT

LiFE MAT and Partners School Direct is a unique group of schools judged mostly good or outstanding by Ofsted. Our partnership of schools allows us to be small enough to care and know each trainee really well, so that we can identify needs and target support. Our goal is to create lifelong educators who are passionate about the profession and committed to young people.

Our schools are nestled in the heart of their respective communities, offering a good education to children and often a range of activities for adults. We firmly believe that with our programme you will be able to begin your journey as a teacher in a way that allows you to feel grounded and confident.

Our vision

With the support of the University Partner, we have a compelling desire to provide a high quality, personalised and rounded route into teaching, right in the heart of our local community. We strive to support all our trainees beyond the training year.
