Medical students Sethara Alwis and Dona Tomy reflect on the reasons that they joined MedRACE and how they became involved in leading a facilitated discussion to identify new areas of activity for MedRACE, at the MedRACE Open Meeting in July 2023.
Joining MedRACE was an easy decision for the both of us. After receiving EDI teaching from members of MedRACE, we were convinced that this was the right decision. This is because of the passion from the members as well as the knowledge that this group has spearheaded actual change.
