Through open dialogue, mutual respect and a shared commitment to patient safety, a local challenge became an opportunity to create a more inclusive learning environment for future healthcare professionals.

Real change rarely starts in formal meetings, it often begins in uncomfortable, ordinary situations; inside corridors, wards, and conversations that may seem small at the time but later shape decisions that affect many others.
