I am an HPRU Research Associate at the Centre for Environmental Health and Sustainability, University of Leicester. My role is to carry out and support HPRU related projects and be a link person working with colleagues in Leicester, Public Health England (reformed as National Institute for Health Protection from Spring 2021) and the Health and Safety Executive. I am currently conducting a literature review examining the link between noise annoyance and mental health outcomes.

I received my PhD from King's College, London where I studied the association between traffic noise exposure and individuals' violent behaviour and subjective well-being. My main research interests lie in the area of health impacts of environmental pollution, mental health and health-compromising behavioural problems.
