The Nikon AX MP system combines a single photon point scanning confocal laser microscope with a IR Ti:Sapphire laser MP laser for deep tissue imaging and in addition is equipped with a PicoQuant FLIM module.
The system is build on a Ti2-E inverted microscope stand with environmental chamber for live cell imaging. It offers a large field of view with high-speed, featuring a field-of-view with a diagonal of 22 mm for both resonant and galvano scanners.
It can be used for:
- Confocal imaging; 405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 640nm lasers.
- MP imaging; tuneable laser.
- Single photon FCS
- Multiphoton FCS
- Single photon FLIM
- Multiphoton FLIM
