Biography
As Director of Digital Services, Alison Phillips leads the Digital Services Division and plays a key role in developing and delivering the University’s digital strategy and masterplan.
Prior to joining the University in November 2022, Alison was the Director of Digital and Technical Services at Staffordshire University where she delivered an ambitious digital vision and strategy. With over 20 years' experience working within higher education, Alison has a strong background in driving digital transformation programmes that are imperative to the student experience and delivering efficiencies through the use of digital capability. Alison is focused on transforming the digital landscape at the University while leading a division that provides high quality service and value.
