Professional Services Executive Group

The Professional Services Executive Group, led by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Professional Services), brings together the leads of our Professional Services functions to meet the University’s strategic objectives.

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Professional Services) leads the following six Professional Services divisions: Academic Services, External Relations, Estates and Digital Services, Human Resources, Finance, and Development and Alumni Relations.

The Registrar and Secretary leads the following teams: Student and Academic Services, Library, Learning & Information Services, Research and Enterprise Division, Legal Services, Planning and Performance and College Administration.

The Chief Marketing and Engagement Officer leads the following teams: Brand, Marketing and Digital Engagement, Future Students Office, Communications and Engagement, Attenborough Arts Centre and the Centre for International Training and Education.

The Chief Financial Officer leads the following teams: Accounts Payable and Processing and Student Fees and Income Management. 

Director of Digital Services - Alison Phillips

The Director of Digital Services leads the following teams: Digital Solutions and IT Operations and Service Delivery.

Director of Estates and Campus Services (Interim) – Kirsty Woodward

The Director of Estates and Campus Services leads the following teams: Accommodation, Capital Projects, Car Parking, Conferences and Events, Social Impact Team, Grounds and Gardens, Maintenance, Portering and Cleaning, Print Services, and Safety Services and Security.

The Director of Human Resources leads the following teams: HR Generalist, Recruitment, Business Support, Organisational Development, Staff Health and Wellbeing, Occupational Health and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
