Feedback

Your feedback helps us to improve the quality of teaching, learning, services and the overall student experience. We welcome feedback from all students and encourage you to share your views.

What is Student Feedback?

Student feedback is a way for you to tell us about your experiences at the University. You may wish to share what is working well, suggest improvements, or comment on aspects of your course or University services.

Feedback helps us:

  • Improve teaching and learning experiences
  • Develop University services and facilities
  • Identify areas that work well
  • Understand where changes could be made

How Can I Give Feedback?

There are many ways to provide feedback, including:

  • Module or course evaluation surveys
  • Student representatives and Staff-Student Committees
  • Informal comments shared with staff

Feedback or Complaint?

Feedback is usually used to share views, suggestions or comments that could help improve the student experience.

If you wish to raise a concern about a specific incident and would like the University to investigate and consider a remedy, you may wish to submit a complaint.

What Happens to My Feedback?

We review feedback carefully and use it to help inform improvements across the University. While we may not respond individually to every piece of feedback, the information you provide helps us identify themes, celebrate good practice and make positive changes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your views.
