Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at ULSB

The University of Leicester School of Business is committed to fostering an environment of equality, diversity and inclusion for all students and staff, regardless of personal and group characteristics and their intersections.

Our School supports several EDI oriented networks initiated by our staff and students, such as the University of Leicester Black Excellence group (UBE), the Women’s Inspiration Network (WIN) and the Women in Economics, Finance and Accounting (WEFA) channel. The School’s Equality, Diversion and Inclusion Committee (EDI), including students, professional services colleagues and academics oversees our EDI agenda and promote, celebrate and raise awareness of EDI issues within the School.
