Research opportunities

LIAS engages with local, national and international communities and strategic partners to provide collaborative and interdisciplinary opportunities. We are open to new ideas and methodologies that address real-world challenges through research, and offer varied support for projects to come to fruition. There are currently no thematic priorities.

Three pump-priming schemes and a Visiting Fellowship Scheme run throughout the academic year (September – July). Awarded projects must have a Leicester-based academic lead and core team, however the involvement of wider academic and/or non-academic partners is welcomed.
