Poster Service
Large Format Posters
We offer a specialised in‑house large‑format printing service for your poster requirements. Our production site has three of the latest eco‑solvent machines, ensuring reliable turnaround times to meet your deadlines.
Please email requests to printservices@le.ac.uk and include your required size, material, collection or delivery details and payment method.
Turnaround Times
Posters are produced within three working days from the date of submission.
For urgent requests, we offer a premium express service at an additional cost of £10 (plus VAT where applicable), reducing the turnaround time to one working day.
Delivery and Collection
Finished posters are supplied rolled and can be delivered to your department or collected from:

Opening Times: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm.
Royal Mail UK delivery is also available; however, you will need to purchase the cardboard tube and cover the postage costs.
Pricing
Payment can be made online by credit / debit card, or via authorised departmental charge codes. Prices for popular sizes (portrait or landscape) are shown below. We can also produce custom sizes up to a maximum of 1,400 mm × 3,000 mm, provided your file is set up to the correct dimensions.

File requirements
Posters should be submitted as PDF files with all fonts embedded. Other file formats may be accepted by arrangement; however, all artwork must be scalable and set to the correct proportions.

PowerPoint templates for large format posters
These are PowerPoint templates for one-off large format posters only. This type of poster is used to display research findings at conferences and seminars. Under no circumstance should these templates be used for anything else.
These templates have been set up for A4 and are suitable for enlargement to either A1 or A0 size.
