Profile
I engage in track II diplomacy and research arms control, nuclear policy and international security. I previously taught International Security and Diplomatic Practice (MA) at SOAS University of London from 2018 to 2021. From February 2019 to March 2021 I was the coordinator of SCRAP Weapons disarmament project.

Nuclear Policy, International Security, Multilateral Diplomacy:
- Nuclear Proliferation dynamics: drivers and history of horizontal proliferation, governance of dual-use technologies.
- Nuclear Safety and Security: Nuclear Terrorism, Kinetic Counterproliferation, Military Attacks on Civilian Nuclear Infrastructure, International Humanitarian Law governing nuclear infrastructure.
- Nuclear Disarmament: Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW), Nuclear Weapons Free Zones, Disarmament Verification, the humanitarian impacts of nuclear weapons.
- Strategic cultures of Nuclear deterrence
- Nuclear Orders and Ages
