Koby Acheampong

I am a doctoral researcher dedicated to transforming the landscape of biomedical and healthcare research through inclusive Public and Patient Involvement and Engagement (PPIE). My research focuses specifically on enhancing the representation of Black ethnic minority groups, identifying the systemic barriers to inclusion, and developing evidence-based strategies to overcome them. By centering my work on the mechanics of trust and partnership, I aim to ensure that healthcare innovations are informed by, and accessible to, the diverse communities they serve.
