Percy Gee Building

Percy Gee is open from 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday where social seating spaces can be found in the following locations. 

Common Room

The Student Union Common Room is based in the lower ground floor of the building. It is complete with a range of seating areas, some social and some individual, with power facility throughout. Additionally there are kitchenette facilities, including hot and cold drinking water, sinks, microwaves, toasters and community fridge.

SU Square and Balcony

The SU Square has a variety of seating options, tall tables, low tables and booths, most with power facilities. The Balcony offers smaller tables with power facilities and less thoroughfare from students socialising and enjoying lunchtimes.

Gee's

To the side of the SU Square there is a large space named Gee's after the buildings namesake, Percy Gee. This space has desk tables and chairs some with power facilities nearby. This furniture is flexible as occasionally the space is reserved for student society activities.

Campus Kitchen

Campus Kitchen is a large food court on campus providing a range of fantastic offering for all staff, students and visitors to the University. As well as the tasty food offerings there are many tables and chairs to study and eat, some with power facilities available.

Second Floor Social Seating

On the second floor of the Percy Gee Building there are a range of social study seats, most with power facilities.

Wellbeing Hub

There are some large comfortable seats in the Wellbeing Hub which you can use as individuals to take a moment from your busy studies to check in with yourself.

Opportunities Hub

On the third floor of the Percy Gee Building there are many study spaces, social and individual, most with power facilities, as well as printing facilities.
