University of Leicester provides a range of scholarship and finance opportunities to those who need them.

Leicester Law School scholarships

Leicester Law School offers a variety of scholarships throughout the year based on academic merit, positive community contribution and/or financial need.

Alumni scholarships

Alumni of Leicester Law School fund and award scholarships to current students based on hardship and life circumstances where higher education imposes additional financial burden. Awards are made on merit following an application. 

Information and application forms are available after you have registered on a course and are typically awarded mid-way through the first year of study. 

International scholarship

This scholarship rewards academic achievement, for all international fee payers by reference to the qualifications required for the programme to which they are admitted:

• Successful achievement of our entry requirements on our course pages – £3,000 per year
• Applicants demonstrating exceptional academic performance – £5,000 per year

There is no need to apply for this scholarship. Eligible students will be automatically considered. If successful, you will be notified when you submit your final results.
