Food and Drink review terms of use

At University of Leicester Food and Drink, we welcome feedback from our customers to help us continually improve our food, drink, and service offerings across campus.

By submitting a review, you agree to the following terms of use:

• Reviews must be respectful, constructive, and relevant to your experience with our outlets, products, or services.
• The use of abusive, offensive, or disrespectful language, including swear words, derogatory remarks, or personal attacks, is strictly prohibited.
• Do not share personal information about University of Leicester staff, students, or any other individuals. This includes names, contact details, or any information that could identify a person.
• Reviews that breach these guidelines, or are deemed inappropriate or unrelated to our services, will not be published and may be removed without notice.
• By submitting your review, you grant University of Leicester Food and Drink the right to use your comments (in whole or in part) for marketing, promotional, or internal quality purposes.
