ISPCAN Covid Scholars Group

In April 2020, the International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect convened an new scholars’ group, who would take collective views regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on child protection services around the world. Dr Diane Levine is a founding member of this group, which now comprises over 30 researchers from 14 countries, representing all world regions.

The group continues to meet regularly to share intelligence, and to carry out international studies, including proposing new global frameworks on research, policy, and child maltreatment prevention practice, and providing new insights on the experiences doubly-marginalized children around the world.
