Alongside external shows, the Science Kitchen also delivers live interactive webinars and in-person events that bring science to life through the familiar setting of the kitchen. These sessions feature live baking demonstrations paired with captivating science experiments, all designed to uncover the chemistry behind everyday culinary processes, with each webinar designed around specific chemistry topics. By connecting course content to relatable experience of food, these sessions help students see the relevance of chemistry in everyday life.

Highlights so far include demonstrations with former Bake Off stars including Jürgen Krauß, Dr Rahul Mandal, and a very special event with Dr Syabira Yusoff in celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science 2025.
