This includes Chemistry of Baking shows, delivered at science festivals and prestigious venues across the UK, such as the Cheltenham Science Festival, Edinburgh Science Festival, and the Royal Institution. These dynamic live shows combine baking demonstrations with interactive science experiments, revealing the fascinating chemistry behind everyday phenomena. By blending entertainment with education, the shows captivate audiences of all ages - especially students - sparking curiosity and deepening understanding of scientific principles through the familiar and engaging lens of food. This innovative approach helps to make science more accessible, memorable, and inspiring for the wider public.

The Science Kitchen provides an innovative platform to communicate science - particularly chemistry - through engaging and visually captivating content and live demonstrations. The Science Kitchen has produced a series of videos that explore the chemistry behind food and culinary techniques, making complex scientific principles accessible and entertaining for a broad audience. Additionally, The Science Kitchen collaborates with the National Space Centre on a project called Mission Bake, which features space-themed bakes inspired by artefacts from the centre and current space-related news stories. The engaging content developed in the Science Kitchen takes a deep dive into the chemistry behind the creations, merging storytelling, food, and science communication to spark curiosity and make scientific concepts more relatable and enjoyable.
