Accommodation
The Accommodation office has information on its website about accommodation for undergraduate students and accommodation for postgraduate students.
About your specific learning difficulty
If you have evidence in the form of a full diagnostic assessment report carried out by a HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist or a Specialist Teacher Assessor who holds an Assessment Practicing Certificate, do send these over to us. We will advise you to apply for the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) as soon as possible.
If the report is in a language other than English, it will be necessary to provide us with a certified English translation of the document.
If you do not have a diagnostic assessment report but have had extra time in other examination arrangements, we will be able to put the most common reasonable adjustments (e.g. 25% extra time) in place for your time at the University of Leicester. If further adjustments are needed, this will need to be explored through discussions with an adviser
