Pool and sauna
The pool is open for lane swimming throughout the day however please note that some lanes will be partitioned off at the following times for the activities listed below.

- Monday - Friday: 6.30am - 10.00pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 8.00am - 7.30pm

Any member with a live and active membership may bring in a child guest for free if the child is under the age of 16. Child guests are on a 2:1 basis (2 children for every 1 Adult). PAYG users, WorkSmart users, and BUCS UNIversal gym members may not bring in a child guest.
Sauna, steam room and spa
Take some time out from your busy schedule and relax and unwind in the facilities available at the Roger Bettles and the Danielle Brown Sports Centre. You can make the most of your membership with access to spa pools, saunas and steam rooms depending on your membership level.
