Field-Project Coordinator

Salary of one full-time local Field Coordinator to monitor and mobilise LAN Ambassadors.

Research Assistant

Salary of one part-time Research Assistant (part-time, Grade 5 SP19 (£19.04 per hour)) to conduct monitoring and evaluation of Ambassadors, conduct research and develop evidence-based IEC and BCC Odia language materials quarterly, dissemination of activities through report writing and social media. RA will be based in Leicester with a six-month travel to Odisha for M&E.

Capacity-building workshops

For approximately 50 Ambassadors and Community Members per year. Capacity-building workshops include Snakebite First Aid, Snake Rescue and Handling, Basic Life Support, Debunking Myths and Misconceptions about Snakebites, Snake Ecology and Habitat, Snake Rescue Toolkit etc. The need for new workshops will be identified in collaboration with the Ambassadors.

Print costs

Odia language IEC and BCC Materials Print Cost (3,000 A4 Card Posters) to cover 3,000 villages quarterly.
