Dr Tingting Zhu

Dr. Tingting Zhu is Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Leicester and Programme Leader of the MSc Fintech and Regtech programme. She is a Senior Fellow with Advance HE (SFHEA) and holds the CMBE with the Chartered Association of Business School. Dr. Zhu has strategically aligned international partner programmes and earned Vice Chancellor's Teaching Award nominations for her pedagogical contributions. Dr. Zhu's research focuses on FinTech, Banking, Corporate Governance, and Sustainability, with publications in Technovation, the International Journal of Finance & Economics, and the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour & Research. Prior to academia, Dr. Zhu practiced as a non-litigation solicitor. She holds a PhD and MSc in Finance from the University of Leicester, an LLB in General Law (with distinction) from Northwest University of Politics and Law, China, and a postgraduate law degree from the University of Aberdeen.
