My doctoral research examines the harmonization of arbitration agreements and awards within BRICS states, with a focus on the recognition and enforcement framework under the New York Convention 1958. Also holds an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Leicester and an MA in International Relations from Kharazmi University.
