Profile
I am a Lecturer in Occupational Psychology and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. I joined the University of Leicester in January 2023, where I am actively involved in teaching, research, and supporting UG students as an AccessAbility Tutor.
Before joining the University of Leicester, I held various administrative and teaching positions at Mazoon College (Oman) and Waljat College of Applied Sciences (Oman).
My research focuses on understanding factors that influence employees' behaviour and wellbeing.
With extensive experience in higher education, I bring expertise in teaching, module and programme leadership, curriculum development, research, and quality accreditation.

I teach modules across undergraduate and postgraduate programme in School of Psychology.
