Professor Sara Connolly

Sara is an applied economist with an expertise in labour economics, gender, and workplace health and wellbeing. She was part of the ESRC funded What Works Wellbeing Evidence Programme for Work and Wellbeing, 'Practices and Combinations of Practices for Health and Wellbeing at Work’ which was also funded by the ESRC and developed the EVOLVE toolkit, and the ESRC funded PrOPEL Hub. a collaboration with 8 universities across the UK with the CIPD designed to help boost productivity and wellbeing through supporting the growth of better workplaces in the UK. Sara is currently part of the Workplace Intervention for sustainable Health and Support (WISHES) project which is funded by the National Institute for Health and care Research (NIHR).
