Profile
I qualified in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of the West of England, Bristol, and began my career at Kettering General Hospital, completing a broad range of Band 5 rotations. In 2009, I moved into musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapy in Northamptonshire, where I developed a specialist interest in pelvic health during pregnancy. Over the years, I gained extensive experience across MSK rehabilitation and as a First Contact Practitioner, alongside a strong commitment to education through supporting physiotherapy students on placement.
In 2020, I took on the coordination of physiotherapy student placements within Northamptonshire MSK services, a role that led to my recognition as AHP Educator of the Year 2023. In 2024, I joined the Jo Williams Clinic at the University of Leicester as a Specialist Educator, where I continue to support and mentor physiotherapy students throughout their placements.
