Profile
I graduated from the University of Stirling with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science in 2020 before going on to study a masters in Exercise as Medicine in 2020 at Loughborough University. After my masters, I worked for the NHS on Your COVID Recovery programme. I began my PhD in physical activity in COPD patients at the University of Leicester in 2022. My thesis aims to examine relative intensity physical activity to develop personalised thresholds for accelerometer-derived measures of physical activity in COPD.
