As part of my role, I am responsible for overseeing the entire midwifery programme, from the initial induction to the final graduation.
This includes planning and coordinating assessment logistics, arranging and documenting programme meetings, panels, and boards, procuring necessary materials and equipment, and organising purchase orders using Smart Purchase (SAP).
I also handle communication and booking of student ambassadors, service users, and SIMS for admissions multi mini-interviews (MMIs).
Providing timely support to students, staff, and external inquiries via the Midwifery mailbox, telephone, or in-person is also an essential part of my responsibilities.
