I am a Teaching Fellow in Work and Employment. Following a career in Human Resources Management/Administration at private sector organisations, I was a lecturer in Human Resource Management and Research Assistant at the University of Hull.
My research interest is on HRM, Leadership, Corporate Governance and SMEs in developing economies. I have conducted empirical research in the United Kingdom and Nigeria exploring people’s experiences using qualitative methods (semi-structured interviews and case studies). I am also keen on interesting and exciting research particularly in developing economies. I am currently working on papers in these areas.
