Dr Mark Funnell

I am a Research Fellow within the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) East Midlands based in the Leicester Diabetes Centre, Leicester General Hospital. My research focuses on multiple long-term conditions, with a specific interest in physical activity and lifestyle interventions. I have a background in exercise physiology and nutrition, and apply this to my interest in the role of lifestyle interventions in those living with multiple chronic conditions.
