Their research interests include language processing and joint attention in neurotypical and neurodivergent adults, including autistic adults, dyslexic adults and adults who stutter, young and older adults, evolution of language in nonhuman primates, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and open scholarship in relation to neurodiversity. Develop new collaborations to explore how language processing change over the lifespan in neurotypical and neurodivergent adults. We like to use behavioural, secondary data analysis, systematic review and meta analysis. We are interested in how empirical approaches and understanding can inform pedagogical practices and vice versa.
