Former Deputy Director of Quality Improvement at the Care Quality Commission and Group Head of Quality Improvement at two different NHS Trusts. I currently hold two part-time roles as an Associate Lecturer in MSc Healthcare Innovation and Improvement Science (Lancaster University) and MSc Healthcare Management and Transformation at Anglia Ruskin University.
