Profile
I am an implementation scientist with a background in Psychology and Patient Safety. I completed a BSc in Psychology (2005) and an MSc in Research Methods in Psychology (2007). In 2013, I completed a PhD in Patient Safety at Imperial College London. In 2015, I moved to the Centre of Implementation Science, King’s College London and led the Methodology theme. From 2023-2025, I led the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration South London Implementation Research theme. My research interests centre on the conceptual and methodological advancement of implementation science. I have developed numerous tools and resources to support the development of high-quality implementation research, including the Implementation Science Research development (ImpRes) tool and supplementary guide, the Implementation Outcome Repository, and the Implementation Research Proposal Appraisal Criteria (ImpResPAC) tool. In April 2025, I joined the Leicester Lifestyle and Health Research Group as an Associate Professor in Implementation Science.
